About This Role The Indirect Procurement Leader — CSA Segment serves as the primary liaison between the CSA (Climate & Solutions Americas) business unit and the Global Indirect Procurement organization.

This role reports to the CSA Segment Procurement Leader and partners directly with the Head of Global Indirect Procurement to execute global sourcing strategies and category initiatives while ensuring they align with CSA's operational priorities and business model. The role owns the development and execution of category strategy for MRO (~$120M) and Fleet (~$80M) spend, totaling approximately $200M in annual indirect procurement. For all other indirect spend categories (Professional Services, Contingent Labor, Travel, Digital & Telecommunications, Real Estate/IFM), the leader supports and executes globally-developed strategies and standards established by global category leaders, ensuring consistent application and value realization within CSA.
