- Participate in low-frequency backup call (call-back averages 5–6 times per year)
- Contribute to a high-functioning, collegial OR team
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Anesthesiology
- Proficiency in regional anesthesia preferred (training available)
- Comfortable supervising CRNAs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- $550,000 (1099) for 35 weeks of service
