CVS Business Unit: Signify Health Location / Logistics: This role is open to remote candidates but preference is for candidates in Dallas, TX area that can work Hybrid every other Tuesday in office. (In office schedule is subject to change based on business needs.) Our Dallas offices are located at: 4055 Valley View Ln #700, Dallas, TX 75244 Role Summary The Signify Capacity Management team is seeking an Operations Analyst to own the capacity and operational performance for specific assigned markets. In this role, you will execute strategies to maximize fill rates and optimize provider logistics to ensure client goals and SLAs are met within your territory.

You will have the opportunity to interact with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and reduce unmet demand Key Responsibilities Defines and optimizes market-specific dialing strategies to ensure client goals are met. Monitors market health and executes strategies to maximize fill rates (In-Home and Virtual) for assigned territories. Identifies and addresses "Low Fill" clinicians to ensure utilization meets network thresholds.
