A Brief Overview Responsible for the daily management of community-based home health and hospice services, ensuring the delivery of high quality, safe, and efficient patient care.

The Agency Manager serves as the Agency Administrator and is appointed by the governing body. What you will do Demonstrates ability to communicate, plan, and be responsible for all day-to-day operations of the agency, including the execution of strategic goals. Ensures that the Agency employs qualified personnel, including assuring the development of personnel qualifications and policies.

Provides input for budget preparation; monitors expenses; develops plan of action to correct variances, and achieves agency growth targets. Monitors patient care and agency processes to assure safe, customer-focused approach. Implements and leads change initiatives to impact operational and quality outcomes.
